A 1992 Hudson Valley Community College graduate specializing in autobody repair and refinishing, Rob’s journey in the automotive world has been nothing short of remarkable. His educational background laid the foundation, but his ongoing commitment to learning, experimenting, and perfecting his craft sets him apart. With a wealth of experience in the automotive repair and refinishing industry, Rob has honed his skills, discovered the best products, and developed an arsenal of techniques tailored to each unique vehicle.

Jenn has propelled Buff Works to the next level. Self-employed for over 25 years, she has dedicated her life to excellence in customer service & education. Jenn brings a personalized touch to Buff Works with her ability to easily connect with everyone she speaks with. She ensures our clients have a pleasurable and memorable experience. Jenn’s most notable attribute is her dedication to developing all-natural interior detailing methods, significantly reducing the use of chemical-based products to clean the surfaces you constantly touch while in your vehicle. After her deep cleaning detail, you will immediately feel a difference when you step inside your vehicle’s interior.
Jenn started her journey in Automotive detailing, Paint Protection Film, and Ceramic Coatings a few years ago. Due to Buff Works’ rapid growth in customer demand and service expansion, she saw the need to help her husband, Rob. Jenn became a Certified PPF & Ceramic Installer and is well-versed in proper interior detailing. Jenn has a natural ability and skill when installing PPF and Ceramic. Her uncanny ability to read the contours and curves of a vehicle has resulted in installation excellence. She is always excited to share her knowledge and expertise with our customers.
